A private workshop for African founders and executives building and leading in the UK.
THE REALITY MANY LEADERS ARE NAVIGATING
You’re the one people rely on. You lead teams, make decisions, provide stability, and keep things moving. From the outside, it looks like you’re handling everything well.
But leadership often comes with a quieter cost.
There are days when you’re tired in a way rest doesn’t fully fix. Days when you hold stress, expectations, and responsibility without many places to put them down.
For many founders and professionals building their lives in the UK, the pressure can be layered. You may be navigating new systems, expectations, and environments while also carrying responsibilities for family, community, and the future you’re trying to build.
Because you’re capable and resilient, people assume you’re fine.
Common experiences
- Being constantly “on,” even when you’re depleted
- Holding responsibility at work and at home
- Feeling isolated despite being surrounded by people
- Normalising stress because slowing down feels risky
- Wanting practical support that fits your reality
If any of this feels familiar, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to keep carrying it quietly.
WHY PHOENIX AFRICA CREATED THIS WORKSHOP
Phoenix Africa was created to support founders and professionals navigating the emotional and mental demands of leadership, particularly those building lives and careers across cultures.
Many high-performing leaders are managing pressure privately while continuing to show up publicly. Over time, that can lead to fatigue, isolation, and the sense that there’s no safe space to be honest.
This workshop exists to create that space.
It’s not therapy. It’s not a motivational talk. It’s a practical, grounded session focused on mental fitness, clarity, and realistic tools that can support you in your day-to-day life.
We’re building the kind of room many leaders wish existed earlier: respectful, culturally aware, and free from stigma.
WHAT YOU’LL GAIN
You’ll leave with:
Clearer awareness of what’s draining your energy
Practical ways to manage stress and pressure
Tools for handling responsibility without constant burnout
Strategies for protecting your energy while continuing to lead
Language for honest conversations when things feel heavy
Ongoing connection through a private support community
MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO
Before you decide, hear directly from our CEO about why this workshop matters and the kind of space we’re intentionally creating.
This is a space for leaders who carry a lot and rarely have somewhere to put it down.
